Marina Djordjevic (cyril. Марина Ђорђевић),
born March 30 1992 is an Austrian model with a Serbian background. She was born
and raised in Klagenfurt (Austria), where her parents and her younger brother still live. After attending primary and grammar school
(Ingeborg Bachmann Gymnasium) Marina graduated from the Secondary College of
Business Administration (HAK 1 Klagenfurt) with an A-Grade.
Marina started her career at the age of 17 by
participating in the competition „Österreichs Nächstes Topmodel 2010“, where
she placed third and got a contract with „Jademodels Int.
Management“, still her current mother agency. After the competition she only
modelled in Austria while she was still going to school. After
Marina graduated (in 2011) she immediately signed with an agency in Milan where
she worked for half a year. Thanks to great success in Milan, Marina
also got signed with agencies in Slovakia, Germany and Greece.
In July 2012, Djordjevic finally achieved every model's dream when she signed with an agency in New York. In addition to various photoshoots with some of the best photographers in the world, Marina also walked in fashion shows for brands like La Perla, Oscar de la Renta, Guess and many more. As Marina is considered one of the most famous models in Austria, she appeared on many magazine covers and as a guest on TV shows in her home country.
Marina is currently working and living in New
York City.
